I have a mean ear infection being treated with enough abx to give anthrax a run for its money. Today, therefore, I was thankful for the things that made being miserably sick bearable: Grumpy Old Men, Stephanie's adventures, and The Birdcage - all in the comfort of my ratty-ass rocker recliner (the only place to comfortably sleep when one whole side of one's head is throbbing and swollen).
