Today, we went to "the dinosaur museum" Ladybug has been after us to visit. It's really the Museum of Natural Science, and in this part of the world, that means oil & gas & some items related to the aerospace industry, as well as the evolutionary look at animals and other such things. It was pretty impressive, though I really wish we'd sprung for the butterflies, too. Getting in anywhere is painful, so we were trying to be frugal. Still, everyone had a great (and suprisingly exhausting) time!
On a related note, it occurred to me that my maternal grandmother and her elder sister would be furious at me for waiting so long to take the kids to this place. I went here so often that I could give the tour for the docent by the age of 7.

Glad you guys had so much fun! There is a lot to see, I've always loved the gems.
